One of the good things about getting older is that you have experienced first hand what doesn't work, so now you can enjoy what does. This is true when in all aspects of life! For example, it takes years to learn what type of relationships are worth the effort, what type of workouts are best for your body type, what kind of foods make you feel your personal best, and the beauty products that you adore!
