Hyde Park was simply breathtaking. If I knew how awesome it was, I would have loved to have had time to picnic there. Spring was such a pretty time to see it with all the flowers starting to blossom.
After walking around all day long, we were ready for a nice big dinner and found the PERFECT place to eat near the park. It was called Bar 190 inside The Gore hotel and served cuisine that reminded me more of French food than English which was a nice change since so many places we saw in London had more of a pub food menu. There was barely anyone there when we arrived and the atmosphere was incredible. Dark, all lit by candles, huge comfortable seats and booths. Unfortunately, we only got some photos on Dave's phone, but I still wanted to remember and recommend this cool spot!
